Legislation to update FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) has passed the
House which includes no immunity for the telecommunicaton companies for their illegal
wiretaps (which continue today). Please contact your US Senator to support the FISA
renewal passed by the Senate Judiciary Committee, which does NOT provide immunity
(as opposed to the Senate Intelligence Committee bill which does authorize immunity).
