29 April 2006, NYCOver 300,000 marched against the war and injustice! Unfortunately, the event was largely ignoredby the media, and when noted by the mainstream, the low turnout of "tens of thousands", reported by AP reporter Desmond Bulter, was noted.
24 September 2005, Washington, D.C.Over 100,000 protesters rallied on the Ellipse and marched in front of the White House. This was the first large US protest after the start of the March 2003 War in Iraq.
